As a Bilingual Sales & Customer Service, you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to keeping our customers connected. You must achieve sales goals by providing customer service and then cross-selling assigned products such as satellite TV, mobility & Broadband Internet, while providing solutions and services customized to business needs.
Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience. Interacting with clients to resolve billing issues and doubts, providing service/support.

What We Look For:

Advanced English fluency to effectively communicate with U.S. customers.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Skills

Experience using personal computers and Microsoft Office products to research information and support customers while talking to them on the phone.

Availability

Availability to train and work 40 hours across 5 days of the week within our operating hours of 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST, Monday to Saturday, accommodating Daylight Saving Time and holidays.
